EPA Proposes Rule to Regulate Nonroad Large Spark Ignition Engines and Vehicles

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on a proposed rule to establish standards for nonroad engines and vehicles that contribute to air pollution, including large spark ignition engines used in forklifts and airport tugs, and recreational vehicles such as off-highway motorcycles and snowmobiles.
