RSPA Proposes Temporary Reduction of Hazardous Materials Registration Fees

The RSPA is proposing a temporary reduction in registration fees for certain hazardous materials due to an unexpended balance in the Hazardous Materials Emergency Preparedness grants fund. The proposal also aims to standardize the registration fee for not-for-profit organizations and small businesses, using the NAICS size standards as the criteria.
