U.S. Bureau of Export Administration Imposes License Requirement on Exports to Entities Linked to Qatar's Ruler

The Bureau of Export Administration has issued General Order No. 3, requiring a license for exports and reexports of certain items to entities controlled by Shaykh Hamad bin Ali bin Jaber Al-Thani, including companies in Qatar and the UAE
