NMFS Proposes Regulatory Amendment to Atlantic Highly Migratory Species Fisheries

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is proposing changes to the regulations governing the Atlantic highly migratory species (HMS) fisheries, including mandatory dealer reporting of certain tuna purchases, adjustments to fishery allocations, and clarifications on bluefin tuna imports and exports.
