RSPA to Combine Two Information Collections for Drug and Alcohol Testing

The Research and Special Programs Administration's Office of Pipeline Safety is publishing a notice to combine two existing information collections, Management Information System Standardized Data Collection and Reporting of Drug Testing Materials and Alcohol Testing, into one, titled Drug and Alcohol Testing, to allow public comment and address the low prevalence of drug and alcohol use in the pipeline industry.
