Availability of Patents for Exclusive License

The US Patent and Trademark Office is making available patents for exclusive, partially exclusive, or nonexclusive licenses, including patents for a body heating or cooling garment. The patents, 5,538,583 and 5,320,164, are being considered for a potential exclusive license to Columbus Apparel Associates, Inc. in the US and foreign countries.
