Norfolk Southern Railway Co. Exempts High Point, Randleman, Asheboro and Southern Railroad Co. from Corporate Family Transaction Rules

Norfolk Southern Railway Co. has granted a corporate family transaction exemption to High Point, Randleman, Asheboro and Southern Railroad Co., allowing the latter to avoid certain regulatory requirements related to its acquisition by the former.
