EPA Region 5 Issues Applicability Determination for Detroit Edison Company's Monroe Power Plant

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 5 has made a determination regarding the applicability of the Prevention of Significant Deterioration of Air Quality (PSD) requirements to Detroit Edison Company's Monroe Power Plant, as mandated by the Clean Air Act and 40 CFR 52.21 regulations, effective May 23, 2000.
