U.S. Department of the Interior Requests Comments on New 5-Year OCS Oil and Gas Leasing Program

The Minerals Management Service (MMS) is seeking public input on a new 5-year Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) oil and gas leasing program, which will succeed the current program covering 1997-2002, and will prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) to analyze alternatives for the new program.
