US Department of Defense Issues Interim Rule on Domestic Source Restrictions for Vessel Propellers and Ball and Roller Bearings

The Director of Defense Procurement has issued an interim rule to implement restrictions on acquiring vessel propellers and ball and roller bearings from foreign sources, as mandated by the DoD Appropriations Act for Fiscal year 2001 and the DoD Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2001.
