Pension and Welfare Benefits Administration Announces OMB Approval for Information Collection

The Pension and Welfare Benefits Administration has announced that its Interim Final Reporting Rule for multiple employer welfare arrangements has been approved by the Office of Management and Budget under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, allowing the collection of certain information related to medical care coverage for employees of two or more employers.
