OMB Seeks Comments on Revised Guidance for Implementing FAIR Act

The Office of Management and Budget is soliciting public input on a proposed revision to its guidance on implementing the Federal Activities Inventory Reform Act of 1998, which requires federal agencies to report on non-inherent government functions performed by federal employees.
