SOCATA-Groupe Aerospatiale Model TBM 700 Airplanes to Receive Airworthiness Directive for Propeller Governor Cable Installation

The Federal Aviation Administration proposes to adopt a new airworthiness directive requiring the installation of a thermal protection sleeve on the propeller governor flexible cable of certain SOCATA-Groupe Aerospatiale Model TBM 700 airplanes to prevent loss of propeller control.
