BLM Proposes Fee Increases for Mineral Resources Leasing and Management

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is proposing a rule to increase fees for mineral resources leasing and management, including geothermal resources, coal, and solid minerals, to cover costs of processing documents related to its minerals programs, following recommendations from the Department of the Interior's Office of the Inspector General (OIG) in a 1988 report.
