EPA Approves Maryland's Nitrogen Oxides Budget Program Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to the State of Maryland's Nitrogen Oxides Budget Program, which aims to significantly reduce nitrogen oxide emissions within the Ozone Transport Region, in accordance with the Clean Air Act and the Ozone Transport Commission's Memorandum of Understanding.
