EPA and USDA Announce Availability of Interim Risk Management Decision Documents for Organophosphate Pesticides

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) have made available interim risk management decision documents for seven organophosphate and carbamate pesticides, as part of their public participation process for reassessing pesticide tolerances under the Food Quality Protection Act (FQPA) and reregistering individual organophosphate pesticides under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA).
