Treasury Department Clarifies Post-Judgment Interest Payments for Victims of Trafficking and Violence Protection Act

The Treasury Department has issued a notice explaining how it interprets the law to pay post-judgment interest on payments authorized by the Victims of Trafficking and Violence Protection Act of 2000, and clarifying that certain information deficiencies won't prevent an application from being deemed compliant.
