EPA Approves Massachusetts' Revised Stage II Vapor Recovery Regulation

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revised Stage II vapor recovery regulation submitted by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA), as part of the state's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision.
