HRSA Submits Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval
The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is seeking public comment on a revised information collection request, OMB No. 0915-0379, which will be used to test, evaluate, and research data collection for the agency, in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
