EPA Approves California Air District's Operating Permits Program and State Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized approval of the Antelope Valley Air Pollution Control District's (APCD) Operating Permits Program and a revision to its State Implementation Plan, allowing the district to issue federally enforceable operating permits to major stationary sources and hazardous air pollutants.
