EPA Reopens Comment Period for Onsite/Decentralized Wastewater Systems Guidelines

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the public comment period for its draft guidelines on managing onsite and decentralized wastewater systems, originally set to close on January 19, 2001, and now open until February 19, 2001.
