EPA Proposes Settlement with Saputo Cheese USA, Inc. Over Clean Water Act Violations

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has entered into a proposed consent agreement with Saputo Cheese USA, Inc. to resolve Clean Water Act violations at ten facilities, including failure to prepare necessary spill prevention and storm water pollution prevention plans, resulting in a proposed civil penalty and public notice of the opportunity to comment.
