Office of Personnel Management Abolishes Special Wage Schedule for Printing Positions in Philadelphia

The Office of Personnel Management is issuing a final rule to abolish the Philadelphia, PA, special wage schedule for printing positions, as there are insufficient printing and lithographic employees in the wage area to conduct a successful local survey.
