Office of Personnel Management Abolishes Special Wage Schedule for Printing Positions in St. Louis, MO

The Office of Personnel Management is issuing a final rule to abolish the St. Louis, MO, Federal Wage System special wage schedule for printing positions, as there are insufficient printing and lithographic employees in the area to conduct a successful local survey.
