EPA Approves Texas Air Quality Implementation Plan Revisions to Regulate VOC Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to take direct final action on revisions to the Texas State Implementation Plan provisions for controlling volatile organic compounds (VOCs), covering industrial wastewater and service stations in four major areas of the state.
