US Labor Department Issues Interim Final Regulations for H-1B Visas and Labor Certification Process

The US Labor Department has released interim final regulations clarifying rules for employers using nonimmigrants on H-1B visas in specialty occupations and as fashion models, as well as the labor certification process for permanent US employment of aliens.
