State Operating Permit Programs; Revision to Interim Approval Requirements

This action would amend EPA's regulations governing the interim approval of State and local operating permits programs. Currently, the regulations allow the Agency to extend expiration dates of interim approvals beyond 2 years from the date the interim approval is originally granted. This action removes that provision.
