FERC Approves Oil Pipeline Pricing Index for Five More Years

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has concluded its five-year review of the oil pricing index, finding it reasonably approximates the actual cost changes in the oil pipeline industry and has decided to continue it for the next five years, with a review scheduled for July 2005.
