HUD Publishes FY 2000 Super Notice of Funding Availability for Housing Programs, Makes Amendments to Continuum of Care Program

On February 24, 2000, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) released its Fiscal Year 2000 Super Notice of Funding Availability, which clarifies and amends the Continuum of Care program requirements for Housing, Community Development, and Empowerment Programs, as well as Section 8 Housing Voucher Assistance.
