EPA Partially Approves Wyoming's State Implementation Plan Revisions for Clean Air Act Compliance
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has partially approved and partially disapproved revisions to Wyoming's State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by Governor of Wyoming on May 21, 1999, to ensure compliance with the Clean Air Act. The EPA approved revisions to certain sections of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, but disapproved provisions allowing the Wyoming Air Quality Division to use alternative test methods without EPA approval.
