EPA Proposes Partial Approval of Wyoming State Implementation Plan Revisions
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to partially approve revisions to Wyoming's State Implementation Plan (SIP), which includes updates to the state's air quality standards and regulations, in response to a May 21, 1999, submission by Wyoming Governor. The proposed action aims to make federally enforceable certain provisions of the SIP that align with the Clean Air Act.
