EPA Proposes Administrative Settlement with Velsicol Chemical Corporation for Three Superfund Sites

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing an administrative settlement with Velsicol Chemical Corporation to address past and future response costs at three Superfund sites in Tennessee and Georgia. The settlement requires Velsicol to pay approximately $4 million, plus interest, over a three-year period.
