EPA Removes Requirements for Pre-Existing Particulate Matter NAAQS
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is removing requirements related to the 1997 revised PM-10 National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) after a U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit ruling vacated the standards, ensuring the pre-existing PM-10 standards will continue to apply.
