Changes in Domestic Rates, Fees, and Mail Classifications

This notice sets forth the changes to domestic rates, fees, and the Domestic Mail Classification Schedule to be implemented as a result of the Decision of the Governors of the United States Postal Service on the Recommended Decision of the Postal Rate Commission on Postal Rate and Fee Changes, Docket No. R2000-1 (December 4, 2000).
