EPA Approves District of Columbia's Plan to Reduce Nitrogen Oxides Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to the District of Columbia's State Implementation Plan (SIP), which requires major nitrogen oxide-emitting sources to implement Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) to reduce NOx emissions in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
