EPA Establishes Significant New Use Rules for 40 Chemical Substances

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requiring companies to submit a 90-day notice before manufacturing or processing 40 chemicals for a new use, in an effort to prevent unreasonable risks to human health and the environment.
