Coast Guard Proposes 2027 Great Lakes Pilotage Rates and Revisions to Methodology

The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking public input on proposed pilotage rates for the 2027 shipping season, as mandated by the Great Lakes Pilotage Act of 1960, and is also revising its methodology for determining these rates.
