U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Announces Availability of Environmental Assessment/Habitat Conservation Plan for Houston Toad Permit

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has made available an Environmental Assessment/Habitat Conservation Plan for a permit application by Michael and Judy Harding to take the endangered Houston toad as a result of building a single-family residence in Texas, with a decision expected at least 30 days after publication of this notice.
