U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Receives Permit Application for Houston Toad Habitat

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has received an application from Catherine Skye and Kenneth Eckart for an incidental take permit to allow the construction of a single-family residence on a Texas property, which may impact the endangered Houston toad.
