Florida to Rejoin Horse Importation Program After Technical Amendment

The U.S. Department of Agriculture is making a technical amendment to restore Florida's eligibility to import mares over 731 days of age from regions affected by contagious equine metritis, a condition that was inadvertently removed from the list in an earlier final rule.
