U.S. Department of Education Announces Grant Competition to Prevent High-Risk Drinking and Violent Behavior Among College Students

The U.S. Department of Education's Assistant Secretary for Elementary and Secondary Education has announced final priorities and selection criteria for a grant competition aimed at preventing high-risk drinking and violent behavior among college students, with the first competition set to take place in fiscal year 2001.
