Proposed Collection; Comment Request for Revision of an Information Collection: RI 30-1

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is requesting revisions to the RI 30-1 form, which collects information from disability annuitants regarding their physical condition and employment status, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The OPM will submit the revised form to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review.
