EPA Extends Tolerance for Cyprodinil in Caneberries

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended a temporary allowance for the presence of the fungicide cyprodinil in or on caneberries for an additional year, until December 31, 2001, following an emergency exemption granted for its use on caneberries. This decision is in line with the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) and the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
