EPA Extends Tolerances for Desmedipham in Red Beet Roots and Tops

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended the tolerances for residues of the herbicide desmedipham in red beet roots and tops for an additional year, from December 31, 2001, due to an emergency exemption granted under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act.
