Binational Panel Review Terminated Due to Lack of Panel Appointment

The Binational Panel Review, initiated by complainants, was terminated on December 1, 2000, as no panel was appointed to review the matter, in accordance with the Rules of Procedure for Article 1904 Binational Panel Review.
