Government Lodges Consent Decree for Environmental Cleanup and Oil Pollution Liability

The U.S. government has lodged a consent decree with a court to address environmental contamination and oil pollution liabilities at a specific site, in accordance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) and the Oil Pollution Act.
