EPA Proposes Agreement for Cleanup of Contaminated Groundwater Site in New York

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a prospective purchaser agreement with Treeline Garden City Plaza, LLC to clean up contaminated groundwater at the Old Roosevelt Field site in Garden City, New York, in exchange for a payment of $400,000 and other consideration.
