EPA and USDA Announce Availability of Interim Risk Management Decision Documents for Organophosphate Pesticide Fenthion

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) have made available the interim risk management decision document for fenthion, a key step in the public participation process for reassessing pesticide tolerances under the Food Quality Protection Act (FQPA) and reregistering individual organophosphate pesticides under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA).
