FHWA Updates Wetlands Regulation to Align with ISTEA and TEA-21

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has revised its wetlands regulation to increase flexibility for Federal funding participation in mitigation measures for impacts on wetlands and natural habitats resulting from highway projects funded under the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991 (ISTEA) and the Transportation Equity Act for the 21st Century (TEA-21)
