DHS Announces FY 2027 Inflation Adjustments for Immigration Enforcement Fees

The Department of Homeland Security is updating immigration enforcement-related fees for Fiscal Year 2027 to reflect inflation, following the passage of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (HR-1). The adjustments will take effect on October 1, 2026, and are required by law.
